Crisp Boutique offers only item exchanges of equal or lesser value for any item(s) that wish to be returned. Shipping must be paid for by the buyer for both the original item and the exchange. It is important to note that all original tags must still be present on a returned item for the item to be accepted for an exchange.

Your order was canceled because your billing and shipping addresses did not match. Orders must have the same billing and shipping address to be processed. Contact us for more information.

Items are generally received within the next 3-4 business days after the payment is processed (usually taking a period of 24 hours) when shipping domestically within the US. International shipping times can vary dramatically and it is best to use the DHL shipping calculator found here.

Crisp Boutique offers several shipping options available for selection on checkout. We offer both domestic and international shipping as well as free in-store local pick-up. Domestic shipping is handled by either UPS or USPS while international is handled by DHL. Pricing on domestic shipping is flat rate (though promotions and special offers apply), international rates are processed by DHL.
